C.S. Davidson, Inc.'s Lancaster Office Celebrating Its 5th Year

C.S. Davidson, Inc., an employee-owned consulting engineering firm with offices in York, Gettysburg, and Lancaster, is pleased to announce the 5th anniversary of its Lancaster office.

The office, located at 315 James Street, officially opened its doors on June 2, 2005, with an initial staff of two employees and offered structural design services.  The office currently houses a staff of eight people, with expanded services including land development, planning, testing, inspection and municipal engineering.  Notable successful projects include the Lancaster and Lampeter-Strasburg YMCA facilities, the Jay Group Office and Warehouse facilities, Garden Spot Village Apartment Complex, The Columbia Market House Restoration, Ironstone Pike Stormsewer, testing and inspection services at the Manheim Township Public Library, Stauffer Park Renovations, and the Swisher Building project.

C.S. Davidson provides a wide range of civil and structural design services to municipalities, corporations, and private clients. C.S. Davidson’s services include civil engineering, site design and development, surveying and GPS, project management, land use planning, structural building and transportation services, and construction inspection and testing.
